Nobel Symposium on World Literature

Under the heading “(World) Literature and the Problem of the Universal”, the symposium gathered prominent critics and scholars from all continents to discuss the implications of transcultural and global approaches to literature in our current moment. In conjunction with the symposium, a literary event was also held at the Swedish Academy with readings by Mara Lee and Adnan Mahmutovic.
